Hey, I'm Chris — a software engineer at Google and someone who can't stop building things after hours. This site is where I share what I'm working on, what I'm learning, and what I think about.

What I do at Google

I work as a software engineer at Google. My day-to-day involves building and scaling software that reaches millions of people. It's a job I genuinely love, but some of my most interesting work happens outside of it.

Why this site

I wanted a home for my side projects, writing, and eventually YouTube videos. Partly to document things for myself, partly to share with others interested in tech, finance, and building a career in software. Sites like Chip Huyen's inspired me to just start.

Outside of work

When I'm not coding I'm usually reading about investing, building something with a new API, or thinking about financial independence. I'm also getting into creating YouTube content around the topics I care about — videos launching soon.
